Subscriptions and pricing
Twinfield maintains a subscription model. Subscribers pay a fee based on the functions they can access during the month. There are no license costs, no costs for new versions and no maintenance fees. You will not need to invest in any server hardware, the only thing you need is a PC or Apple Mac with an internet connection.

 Additional information for accountancy firms...

1. In case an accountancy firm provides accounting services to customers without a Twinfield subscription, a small fee of € 4,50 (£ 3,25) to € 3,- (£ 2,50) per 'internal administration' is applicable. |

2. Accounting firms can join the Twinfield accountancy programme, allowing internal users from accountancy firms profit from using Twinfield at no charge.

Additional information about project accounting...
You can create additional users working in different languages and configure their access rights. These subscription fees will be invoiced:
- reporting user: € 24,95 - £ 17.50
- bookkeeper or controller: € 49,95 - £ 34.50
- authorising user for projects, timesheets and expense forms: € 15,00 - £ 10.-
- team members enter their own timesheets and expense forms: € 12,00 - £ 8.50
- central data entry of time sheets and expense forms: € 4,00 - £ 3.-

Additional information for larger or international firms...

When processing large volumes, for instance by using Twinfield's Webservices, you may be offered the possibility to be charged based on the number of transactions, irrespective of the actual number of users.
